The 30/10 initiative would accelerate the construction of 12 voter approved Measure R rail and projects, completing them in 10 years instead of 30. By building these transit lines faster, we can create 165,000 jobs, improve air quality, reduce project costs, and help the region's economy recover.

VALLEY I-405 CONNECTION creates a rapid transit option through the Sepulveda Pass between the Westside and the San Fernando Valley.

DOWNTOWN REGIONAL CONNECTOR links four light rail lines to make the light rail network more efficient and better connected.
EASTSIDE GOLDLINE EXTENSION extends the Metro Gold Line farther east from the Pomona/Atlantic Station.
SANTA MONICA EXPO LINE extends the Exposition Rail Line, currently under construction to Culver City, to Santa Monica.
SOUTH BAY GREEN LINE EXTENSION extends the Green Line from Redondo Beach to the South Bay Galleria.
CANOGA NORTH SOUTH RAPIDWAY extends the Metro Orange Line busway north from Canoga Park Station to Chatsworth.
WESTSIDE SUBWAY EXTENSION builds a new rail line to serve job centers including Century City and Westwood/UCLA.
WEST SANTA ANA CORRIDOR  is a new grade-separated transit corridor in the Gateway Cities.
FOOTHILL GOLDLINE EXTENSION extends the Metro Gold Line light rail line east from Pasadena to Azusa.
EAST VALLEY NORTH SOUTH CORRIDOR makes bus service improvements, including possible dedicated bus lanes in Valley corridors.
LAX GREENLINE EXTENSION links the Green Line to the airport creating an easy route for airport travelers and workers.
CRENSHAW LAX CORRIDOR builds a new rail line along the Crenshaw Bl Corridor and connects Los Angeles, Inglewood, Hawthorne and El Segundo, plus unincorporated LA County.
